Whether you are learning to sing for the very first time or are a professional looking to hone the finishing touches of your technique, I’m here to help!
I have been teaching singers of all ages, musical genres, and experience levels for over five years and have seen tremendous growth and success in my studio across the board. Many of my current students sing in concerts and productions around the DFW area, attend prestigious performing arts schools such as Booker T. Washington High School, and have gone on to pursue careers in theater and singing in college and beyond! I’ve helped beginner students build the courage and technique to audition for their first show and perform their first open mic. Many of my students reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, but I also have online students in New York, California, Wisconsin, Massachusets, Alaska, and even Hong Kong! I’m comfortable working across genres and am especially skilled at working with musical theater and classical/operatic singers— If you want to sing it, we can work on it! More about Bridget
Bridget works with singers across genres including choral singing, pop, musical theater, rock, jazz, art song, opera, and more! Bridget is a recent Metropolitan Opera National Council District Winner, Mary Jacobs Smith Singer of the Year Winner, Opera Birmingham Competition Finalist, and has performed on the stages of The Glimmerglass Festival, Fort Worth Opera, Kentucky Opera, Opera Mississippi, Charlottesville Opera, Shreveport Opera, Des Moines Metro Opera and more! She has taught masterclasses with music majors including those at the University of Southern Indiana working on technique and style in both classical and musical theater repertoire. She has an Artist Diploma in Opera from Texas Christian University, a Master's Degree in Voice Performance from Boston University and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance/Bachelor of Arts in Film from Western Michigan University. Bridget also performs as a soloist in the Opera-Rock mashup group, The Tapestry, singing everything from Wagner to Van Halen. Bridget resides in Dallas, TX with her husband baritone Erik Earl Larson and their pets Carmela Soprano, Stallone, and Simon Baker.
